I would like to bring to the notice of everyone that Mr. Timanshu Sharma of this travel agency dupes the unsuspecting customers offering them competitive fares and giving them genuine itineraries in the first instance and after realising payment from them, he cancels their tickets online and gets the refund into his account. The customer is left in the lurch and has to pay once again for this ticket.
I am one such sufferer and was left in the midst of my journey at Toronto because of this man's greed who cancelled my ticket for the rest of my journey to Saskatoon by Air Canada. The flight to Toronto was with Air India. I am willing to give full details of this man's doings if someone is prepared to teach this man a lesson. I had paid him for the return trip back to Delhi via Ottawa.
