We became a member of casa reteat in March and paid 28000 as membership fee. They promised holidays for 3 years, 7 days a year. However now nobody from the company picks up the phone. Their office is always closed. I got in touch with a Manager from the company. She just makes several excuses and says office is closed and hangs the call.
I am really not happy wit the service. I want my 100% money back with interest from the company.
Please help me in this issue.
