Please stay away from Marketing Gimmics of Casa Retreat. We have joined as a member for 16000INR.
We have asked them to book a trip to Kodaikkanal. They confirmed the same at a hotel, and send us a fake voucher. When we went there, the hotel informed us that casa had made an enquiry only. There is no advance payment from Them. Finally we have to pay the entire amount to the hotel.
Can anybody tell me whether i can take this people to Consumer court?
