Dear Consumer Complaint Forum,
I would like to inform you that i make a complaint against CASA RETREAT for the cheating to me.
IN 2010 I have a made an Agreement with them and that time they said they will provide yearly one tour and if not takes consecutive two years then take third year 15 days Tour alongwith
Half of the Amount which we have given at the time of Agreement.
But now they are not attend my mails neither phone calls. After several messages/reminders one time Mr. Ravi/Casa Retreat replied and asking for the places needs to visit,
Then at the same i replied, but no message from them and also i am calling daily 3, 4 times.
Hence i need your help to sort out the issue and return my money.
