Land telephone is not properly for one yea

We are having resort in Mysore. Our telephone numbers are 0821-2591919, 2591920, 2591921.

This phone are working properly. being a service industry it is very difficulty to run the show, and we have complaint many times to BSNL DEPARTMENT they will retify the problem for some times and again the same problem.

Please kindly look in to the problems and do the needfull at the earliest.
