Refund Not Came Back

Dear Sir,

I have book my hotel at Kolkata using clear trip website on 1st of July, for the dates of 8th, 9th and 10th of July'2011. My Trip ID is 1107015605, at the time of booking cleartrip have confirmed me a refund of 1698 under the 33% discount scheme and they said they will refund back the about in next 10 days. Now, when I am calling their customer care executinve they are saying that they have refunded the amount on 9th July and the payment has still not come to my account.

I have asked for Unique Transaction Record (UTR number) for tracing the payment with the bank they are not even giving the same to me.

Request you to please help me as soon as possible to get the refund.
