I trusted this travels a lot and gave them business for 5 people to travel to Thailand as a tour package.
They have given us the worst service ever.
We had 2 Nights for Pattaya and 3 nights for Bangkok.
The hotel was confirmed to us for 2 double room and 1 single room for which we paid in full.
After reaching hotel in pattaya we had to wait for 5 hours to get the room.
Later at the end we had to adjust our friend in our room as they provided only 2 rooms.
Now i need the refund for the same and the agony which we went across.
