This is Bairagi and we went to Chardham Tour (Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath) by Borivali Based Dhaval Tours. The Travel took all the tour cost in advance and from the commencement of the tour the told us to pay Lunch and Dinner Charges. The dhaval travels tour manager Mr Vinayak Gangal took cash from us Rs 5000/- for settleling Hotel Accomadtion bills, further throughout the tour he and the travel harresed us with halting us at cheap and third class hotels and gave us same kind of food. The Tour manager and Dhaval Tour asked us to pay the BLD (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Expenses) as they were short of funds and promise us that they will reimberse our maoney wen we will reach Mumbai. At the middle of the tour the tour manager left us at Haridwar without informing us and without giving us money. we have to clear the hotel bills by taking help to my relatives by asking them to transfer money in my account. We came to mumbai and submitted the total expenses which Dhaval Tours promised us to repay it, but now they are making reason to return back our money. I am staying in Dombivli and the Dhaval Tour office is in Borivli it is very much out of the way to travel whole the way from Dombivli to Borivli. Please help me out from this situation and i would like to take compensation from the Dhaval Tour apart from my expenses incurred. Please help me out.
