My name is Unni menon. Me along with a Cousin Sanju booked a tour package to Balaji dharshan/ Truppathi On 4th December to 9th December from EMKAY travel and tour agency located near Velacherry Railway Station during November. They agreed to arrange all the facilities for Rs 28500 including Travel, Boarding, Food and Breakfast. They were very customer centric upto the time of getting the amount from our end.. Then they STARTED THIER FRAUD ACTIVITIES. THEY ARRANGED US FOR OLD VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION. I ASK THE DRIVER TO BRING BETTER VEHICLE FOR TRAVELLING, BUT HE ASKED ME TO COMPLAINT TO OWNER FOR ANY OTHER FURTHER INFO, IMMEDIATELY I CALLED 09840433346 BUT HE SWITCHED OFF THE MOBILE. VEHICLE ALSO MAKING MORE NOISE WHEN ITS MOOVING.I DISAPPOINTED MY SELF. OH BALAJI!!! WHEN THEY COLLECT MONEY FROM ME TOLD ME THAT ONLY 11 MEMBERS WILL BE TRAVELLED WITH US, FINALLY THEY PICKEY 20 NUMBERS OF PERSON IN A SMALL AND OLD VAN. WE TRAVELLED THERE UNCOMFORTABLY. THEN ONLY MY FRIEND TOLD ME THEIRS CHARGES ARE HIGHLY EXPENSIBLE AND THEY ARE CHEATING MORE CUSTOMERS FOR SEVERAL YEARS LIKE THIS .In addition to that they tried to give us some false statements which made us tensed and frustrated throuout our entire trip which in turn costs us unhappiness and depressed even after returning back. They spoiled our holytrip / pilgrim by cheating us, ie., without giving us the service for the money we paid to EMKAY travel and tour agency, . Their address is mentioned Below:
