Tatkal booking in trains has become extremely difficullt due to these unauthorised booking agents.
5-8 agents come in advance and stay all night. This can be tolerated. Each agents book 4-5 tickets and the booking officer does not utter a word against them.
These people has some connections with the policeman in duty and he never pays any attention to them. only the common populace gets all the scoldings and beatings.
I am form Nasik. This occurs in the Nasik main station at Nasik road. Once we have complained against the Station master. But this is of no use.
The Govt should take notice of this and take some useful steps
