I have booked 4 days lodging thru Ezee Cloud over internet in Darjeeling. Details No: Hotel Broadway booking confirmation reference noBRO020012006551200068
The representative of Ezee Cloud called up over phone from the no: : 918214276445 & informed that the booking is not confirmed as Rooms not available at broadway hotel. I asked for refund. Strangely they have refunded 92 % of the amount, telling that rest are service charge hence its forfeited.
Now the booking cannot be confirmed due to Ezee Cloud Booking fault as they have advertised for some service which they cannot deliver. This is a clear case of unfair trade practices. Now when i asked for full refund they stopped responding to the mails.
