The company is advertising 25% cash back on all hotels bookings. On the offer page (http://www.ezeego1.co.in/offers/25percentcashbackonallhotels/ ) it mentions that offer is subject to following:
Validity of the Offer -
• This offer is valid on a minimum booking of 2 nights
• The offer is valid across domestic & international hotels
• The Cash Back offer is valid only for bookings made on or after 18th January.
• The Cash Back is calculated only on the Base Price. All surcharges and taxes are payable extra.
But while making the bookings it reviles the real conditions which says...
A 25% cash back will be offered on domestic and international hotel bookings subject to the following capping amounts.
Base Price Slab (Per booking) Capping on Cash Back Amount (Per booking)
Upto Rs 5000 Rs 500 /-
Rs 5000 and above Rs 1000/-
Hence the offer is not really 25% cash back but only a specified amount. For example for a booking of a hotel room for 2 nights whose rent is - per night, A person will pay 4000/- Rs and get a cash back of only 500/- while 25% cash back would mean 1000/- Rs.
This advertisement is grossly misleading and the company should be penalized and regulated for misleading customers
