I had taken a holiday package to Manali from Delhi through Fundooholidays.com.
It was from 21St May'11 to 2th May.
The tola money charged for everything including the pre-decided hotel stay, travel cost of Delhi-Manali-Delhi in AC velvo bus and local travel at Manali, was Rs13999/- out of which Rs6000/- was taken in advance and rest was taken after reaching Manali.
Al though the agreed amount was for a stay in Apple Green Resort (a 3star hotel) and the travel agency had conformed the booking on mail, after reaching Manali, I was made to stay in Apple Paradise, which is not even close to what you had shown in the pictures. It was a ceap unmaintained hotel and the hotel's tariff was much lower than what I paid.
The rooms were small with stained walls. Facility and service provided were next to nil.
That too, the hotel people made me shift three room during my 3 night stay.
When I asked why am I being made to stay here, they told that this is the hotel and room which has been booked for me by you people.
This is what happend to my list of inclusions committed by the travel agent.

-Accommodation for for Couple: Made to stay We were made to stay in Appli paradise in stade of Appli Green.
-Welcome drink on arrival. Offered
-Fruit basket & Flower decoration in the room (Once during stay). Offered
-Morning tea. No morning tea, cofee were offered even once during the stay.
-Indian, American, continental Breakfast. American and continental breakfast were not avalabale with the hotel
-Evening tea. No evening tea, cofee were offered even once during the stay.
-Special Buffet Dinner. Offered
-One day free discotheque entry in “club jhoom”. Offered
-Free transfers pickup and drops to the Bus Stand at arrival & Departure. Offered
-10% Discount on Laundry. No discount offered
-20% Discount on additional Food & Beverages. No discount offered
-Courtesy service up to the Mall road Manali as per hotel schedule (10 am to 6 pm). Offered
-All Taxes. I paid tax on eveything. All food and beverages which we consumed in the hotel.
The situation was so bad that, because of the pathetic room condition, my wife fell ill.
The bus which was provided while returning back to Delhi, was even worse. The roof was leaking as it was raining, the Ac was not working and the semi sleeper chairs were broken. We only know how we managed a 15 hr journey in that bus.
I was cheated completely.
I demand a total refund of my money.
Pls let me know how can I get my money back and ensure that the concerned travel agency gets punished so that people like me don't get hassled in the future.
