I am complaing against the propreitor and owner of fraud travel agent Projjal Bannerjee... As per his Ad which claimed to get railway tickets legally with a small amount of service charge, I engaged him to get me a Kolkata-Ahmedabad going and return ticket of Ahmedabad-kolkata on urgent basis... As per agreemenr I have paid him Rs.3220 on his state bank if india account... Thereafter he has been issued me two unconfirmed waiting list tickets... And on each occassion shirk his proffessional courtesy and behaviour by arrogantly putting "You are just one person going so thats the best I can do"... But even till end those waiting list tickets remained uncinfirmrd... on my urgency I got myself tatkal ticket directly from railway counter... when I returned to koljata and asked Mr. Projjal Bannerjee to refund back my money he gas been harassing me and sent me an abusive email... he refuse to picj up his phone... Now after requesting and after almost two months, still I am about to get my money... I have all the necessary prove and updated passbook and receipts... Please Get me the Justice...
