E-ticket Refund not Recieved

Dear Sir,

There was the cancellation of two e-tickets from Borivali to Hazrat Nizamudin of Rajdhani express due to waiting list was not confirmed vide PNR No. 8541645008 dtd 24/04. At last I confirmed the status of Refund from IRCTC in the month of September bcoz the agent was not telling me the status. The Customer Care Executive gave me the Refund Transaction id (00377282329) dtd. 27/04 which was made by IRCTC on time. I have taken the Agent on conference call with IRCTC Customer Care Executive two or three times, But sir till date i have not recieved my Refund back. Kindly do the needful and take the proper action asap.
