Wrong commitment given by the company. Sales person Jatin offered me holiday package in rs 15000/- for stay in 5 star hotel for 10 days any where in the world which can be used within 5 years. I have taken this package on dated 13-oct-09 and paid rs 15000/-.Now i called up in the customer service no. to avail the offer but they are not ready to provide any service. I have been cheated.
