I purchased 2 packages of 5499 on 2nd June from Rohan who promised me that i would get a gift of Blackberry Curve 9380 along with the package details. For the same i would get a confirmation call on saturday evening or max by monday but till today i have not received any call from the verification department or any other department.
I just want to pass on 1 message to such customers like me that please don't purchase any package from great india travels because you would simply be wasting your hard earned money on bullshit organization that i think don't even exists.
another message which i would like to pass on to the call center executives & specially Rohan that you have screwed up yourself this time because you don't know who you are dealing with. i would make your life hell on this earth if i don't get whatever i was promised & the level of services that i or any other customer for that matter should get. Remember, this is a customer's threat to you.
