I have purchased a package for 4N/5D from 'http://www.greatindiatravels.in/' for Rs. 5499. Also I have send a DD of Rs. 550 along with booking request form on 25.05.2012. I am continously following up with customer care for my booking stautssince then but they are not giving any booking.
My experience with customer care ([email protected] - 01206722100) is as follows:
1. Everytime new person will pick up the call. If i ask to give call to 'X' person whom I have previously talked they will give reasons like 'He is busy in another call', 'He has left the company', 'he is on leave' etc.
everytime I have to explain the whole thing.
It seems that one person pretends to have different names and
2. They will tell me to call back but I will never get a call. When I call up then whole cycle will repeat again with no results.
3. I have written mails to them but they never reply.
4. I have talked to their promotions and sales dept ([email protected]) but they again ask me to talk to customer care only.
I want a refund of Rs. 6049 now.
