Refund of Money after cancellation of Tou

On date of 30/05/09 I have booked Honemoon Packege for CULOO MANALI with Rs 8000 in advance. But due to Family problems I needs to cancel the Tour. So I have informed Mr. Gaikwad, Owener of Gurukrupa Travels about my problems before 8 days of Travel Date. I said him that he can present the Railway Tickets & any Hotel booking charges to me so that I can pay the charges to him from refunded money. He is also agree for the same. But now from last 6 months he is showing diffrant reasons & avoiding me. Now he stopped to pick up the phone also.

when I have reached his office for payment there are many peoples suffered from him for Passport, air Ticket Money & more & more waiting for him in his office.

I think he is fraud person.

I am requested this forum pl. help me to get my money back.at the earlies & give the correct treatment to such kind of Fraud person. So that Time & money of many persons can be saved
