I got my return tickets booked from hari travels for delhi/katra for delhi departure 11/11 and departue katra 13/11 these tickets were done around 7/11 in lieu of hectic schedule.on just boarding (katra) the bus 15 minutes before the deparutre time conductor told that there is no reservation for your tickets and contact the person who have issued the tickets i.e, delhi. On contacting the delhi office (Mr anuj) they used abusive language and told u dont have booking. This ticket was done a week before. On contacting katra office Mr. Kewal told we cannot do anything contact delhi office .we were in between of no where. As all buses for delhi had already departed with no option left we went to jammu and were lucky enough to get the bus from there .anyhow had to take leave from office because of these idiots and fraud people.when contacted them they refuse to refund and started abusing .this has lead to harrsement and financial loss.i asked them to refund 2220 (excluding telephone bills) but they are refusing.i have all bills and ticket.
As mobile network was not working in katra had to call for telephone booths. This was very hectic instead of refunding the amount in the name of god these people are taking thinks for granted and doing frauds.
