Please note my complaint as a sequence of events below
1. Your sales executive, Rahul Bhardwaj contacted my family with an "dream offer holiday package" of 2N/3D for luxurious 4 and 5 star properties all over India and Internationally.
2. After speaking with your teams and assured of 500% booking confirmation for " Ras Resorts, Silvassa for 3rd to 5th Feb (my wedding anniversary is on 3rd Feb), I made the payment of INR 2999/- - with Transaction Id 10291201 on 6th January and was assured I would receive a welcome kit with a booking form and free gift.
3. After 2 weeks when I did not receive the welcome kit and after continuous follow-ups with your people giving excuses of forms not printed, terms and conditions being changed etc, I finally asked for the booking form over email so as to cater to the 15-20 days notice for booking as my travel plans needed to be set for 3rd to 5th Feb. Finally received the form via email from Mr. Gopeshwar Tripathi
4. I filled the form and made a DD of Rs 450/ - as required and scanned the same and sent across on 13th Jan and couriered the same on 14th Jan. I called up and received confirmation from Raj that they had indeed recevied the booking voucher and the DD on 16th Jan and would give me confirmed booking after checking within 2 days. I received the welcome kit later on 20th Jan.
5. Since then I have called up your customer support number 14 times - to receive a different response each time - speaking to Rakesh, Raj, Anurag, etc.
a. Property is not available for the required dates - when asked which dates available for - said they will get back to me - never did respond
b. We no longer have a tie up with Ras Resort - why is this on your list of approved properties. Also I was informed of 500% confirmed booking for this property.
c. We can offer you Signature Crest at Lonavala - this is a property not on the list - a 2 star property whose rates of INR 1400 per night is cheaper than INR 2999 for 2N/3D that you are charging me
d. We will check and get back to you - post payment no one from Hello travels has called me till date.
e. Ras Resorts in not available for now - we can get it for later - when asked for dates, is not able to give a date - says I will get back to you - No response.
In conclusion
a. I seem to be speaking with the same persons - each time giving me a different name.
b. The approved property list shows 4 and 5 star locations - when offering it seems all of these properties are booked for the requested dates. When asked to provide any date in the next 6 months when it will be available, I am told they will check and get back to me - never have got a response.
c. It appears that the modus operandi is to do this for 9 months or so after which this voucher will expire and also my money paid for the same.
d. Before the money was paid your people called me 2-3 times a day, after the money is paid I have called you 14 times without a single positive response from you.
e. I have had to make seperate plans for my anniversary outing from 3rd to 5th Feb for which I had procured this package.
After much chasing - they have sent me an email stating that they will refund the complete amount to me on 29/02 that will be processed and cheque sent to me in 10-12 days. After continous followups and giving me all kinds of excuses - they have the audacity to email me a cheque of Rs 750 on 22/03. Since then I have been chasing them and writing to them to explain what htis amount is for and where is my full refund amount of Rs 2999 Rs 450? No response. More excuses. Someone senior will get back to me.
