I had gone through a mental trauma for almost 10 days. They are the bunch of liars and don't know the 'P' of professionalism. They tried to sell me the membership by giving complementary offers stating that I can live at any destination hotel for 3 days and four days absolutely free thrice a year. They kept changing their words time to time and ultimately I ended up paying all bills myself.
You can check with the hotel owner Faisal of Feligree, Mussoorie that how they cheated him also. We both waited at the reception at the check out time for them to make the payment. It was very embarassing and disgusting.
It was like I am giving service to the travel company by making hundred calls in a day. These buffoons, morons don't know how to work in the hospitality industry. however, I immediately made stop payment of my pdc cheque.
After the incident, I checked up with their main office in Norway who told me that they have already terminated their contract with these guys long time back. Shocking! They are still selling memberships in the name of hotel Express International.
