There was a call from clubleisure executive name was Vijay Kuma and a lady from Delhi and the tel number was 01409580043/45 but they told me that they are from HDFC Bank and they told me that you will get the free vouchers and as you are the valuable customer to HDFC bank and you have a clear record on credit card and he also told me that there will be no transaction amount debited from your card so they told me to verify the details through IVR so I did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card which was not told to me on 23/12 and the msg is received from Vashi Mumbai that the card was used for Rs.5509.by making IVR cheating. Later I told the a lady, refund the amount and she told me that it would not be refunded and she also told me that she will call back but till date he has not called back and I am also not able to get the contact them.
A day later again a callwas received to check the correct address and I was told that the Travel Vouchers will be sent to you by courier but nothing has happened yet.
Please help me to get refund of this amount.
Also inform HDFC credit card department not to allow such a company to allow IVR and not to give any code for such transction.
