Dear sir,
I had booked i ticket with PNR nos. 4314191601 on 18/1
I have not recieved hard copy of above ticket from courier by 22/1
which is the date of journey.
I have received male from courier@irctc.co.in on 21 /1 2010 that saying we are not able to deliver ticket.

I have visited Karmali (GOA) Station for concellation of Ticket.
But they claim that since i am not having HARD copy ticket they cannot cancelled the ticket.
I have taken duplicate ticket on 21/1 from Karmali (GOA) Station by claiming i have lost the ticket.
Next day i visited Sawantwadi Railway station (boarding station) for cancellation of ticket. They also claim that since i am not having HARD copy ticket they cannot cancelled the ticket.
I have ask for Surrendering the I-Ticket with the Station Master and obtain a Ticket Deposit Receipt. They reject the claim saying i am not having HARD copy origanal ticket.
I am asking for REFUND OF i ticket with PNR nos. 4314191601
I have sent mail previously also, No reply has been received.
Kindly GO through my complaint,
& communicated me the same about status.
Or direct me to corresponding higher authority.
