Hi,

It is really very painfully that i have not received my TDR amount till date it is approximate one year. I am keep on calling & mailing you people but no response always feeling very casual attitude from your side.

If i have not traveled then you should give my money back within your TAT 90 days as you mentioned in your earlier mail but its is more then 300 Days and going to complete 365 Days mean a year.

This is my last mail from my side because now i lost my passions/ trust on you and your website irctc.co.in. Now definitely i will escalate this matter as much as possible.

Kindly find my Transaction & PNR Detaiels and refund my amount back asap..
