COLLECTED PAYMENT TWICE

I WAS BOOKING MY TICKETS THROUGH IRCTC ON 2ND MARCH. VIDE PNR NO 4527941950 transaction id 0189475317 through icici bank. but i received confirmaton from my bank that the amount was deducted twice (RS 1022). whereas when i went through booked history it was only one ticket. kindly refund the amount.
