IRCTC servers are very slow in response. After many tries I could complete the payment for booking a ticket but ticket was not enerated and money gor debited from my account. I treid to call around 100 times whole day to the customer support number out of which ~90 times it wa sbusy and I could get rining 10 times but no response. This is the worse service any company could provide. Ironically I sent email to the email ID they advised in contact us and as expected it bounced back due to over quote usage. That mean nonobidy is even looking at the emails.
Mera Bharat Mahan and IRCTC is making it more "Mahan".
I wish threre was any award for poor customer service, IRCTC was a sure unanimous choice.
I am not expecting anything would change by just putting some frustration here but at lest will give me some satisfaction.
