Money credited but cannot give my tatkal tricket

I am booked my ticket on 04.05.2011 through my SBBJ internet banking But i am not received any booked ticket from my irctc account in the mean time i am login my SBBJ account, i saw that on 04.05.2011 RS.291 cut twice for the ticket purpose.
My transaction id no is IG49884598 & IG49882248 for that ticket. Now how can receive my ticket?
