My boyfriend and I booked a trip to Las Vegas online and we both were sitting next to each other and physically clicked on one departure time and unbeknownst to us, PRICELINE changed the time to 12 hours later! We didn't bother to look closely at the email they sent us but we did when we were about a week out from leaving and were horrified. We contacted PRICELINE and they refused to change the time, even though it was their error! They said we would have to pay exorbitant fees, etc., in order to change! They made the excuse that we should have read the email when in fact it was their mistake and error!! FRAUD - NEVER USE
