Ticket money not refunded

Hi,

I tried to book ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore (journey date: 24/01) on 04/01 at 11:30AM. After the netbanking details are given it said that the session is expired and asked me to confirm about the ticket. I got the message from my HDFC bank that money (Rs 780) was deducted from my bank

I did not get any tracking ID also.

I would like to know how and when my money will be recredited into my bank.

Please tell me the procedure on how to get my money back.

Your Online customer care is worst of what I have seen in my life. After waiting for around 10 min the phone queue it got disconnected. None of the three numbers provided on their website work (91-40-4477 1777, 91- 9885 777 777, 9959 111 777). I just wasted endless call charges.

This is highly unprofessional. Learnt my lesson now. Let me know how to get my money back
