regarding

Our supplier M/s. Kareem Agencies, Orathanad booked us a CB Box sizing 3'x1'x1' & weighing 20Kg.

as per your above LR No. on yesterday, for which he has charged upnormal freight of Rs. 180/-, & spoken

words to our suppliers, which is discouraging them to book thro your travels in future.

Please arrange to reduce the freight to Rs.80/- & give proper instructions to our Srivilliputtur Agent, to collect the same & to give delivery the parcel.

Besides, kindly advise your Thanjavur Agent, to behave properly with the customers.
