I Haven't Received My Vacation Trip/Resort Booking Confirmation Letter Till Today. It's too late 1 Month 10 Days.
I have been offered for a vacation trip to any where in this world in there resorts in just Rs 7000/- only. I paid through credit card & got a form. Form No: 010418 & My Booking ID: 999000476
I Sent this Form With Bank Draft Rs.750/-, HDFC Bank, DD No. 157503 mentioning the resort details to one touch solution on 26 March & they got the form on 2nd April. it was written in the form that they will provide the confirmation letter within 10 days but untill now i haven't received any details regarding this & the call center people are not responding to this. they are neither confirming nor denying for this. I am in big trouble that how & from where i can get my money back if they are not providing me the resort. Kindly help
