KSRTC Online Failed Transaction Refund

Hi,

I tried booking my ticket from Pollachi to Bangalore in KSRTC, the transaction got failed but the amount was debited from my account (Rs. 450 Aprox). The OB reference number is OB4892773 has failed on payment page on 17-11 for the ticket Pollchi to Bangalore.

I sent lot of mails to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org but i didnt get any response. The amount was not 1 or 2 Rs to give them up, it is 450 aprox. I am not sure where the amount is hidding. Please help me to get my amount back to my amount. I was seriously fedup with KSRTC.
