No refund

I had booked 5 tickets from coimbatore to mysore for rs.1055 for date: 25th sept, i subsequently cancelled the ticket on the next day i booked 29th aug. the website said that i would recieve my amount (rs.901) after deduction within 7 days . till this date (23th sept) i have not received any amount. Repeated calling and e complaints often lead to NO ANSWER... and after i went to the local ksrtc booking center the guy gave me a number and asked me to contact where a person spoke and assured me that my amount will be refunded but that was not to be... lots of calls to the number result in "NO answer " or "Line Busy"...

KSRTC should stop their online booking site rather than feeding on public money due to poor cordination and outdated servers...
