Loss of my passport bearing issued in the name of NAYANDEEP KAUR from DELHI, D/O Jugdiep Singh. The passport had valid Singapore and Malaysian visas endorsed on it.
A senior executive Anajana Singh was dealing with our case and called up at 4:23PM on 3rd September to inform me that my passport had been lost by TUI employees while they were on their way to courier it.
As per our discussion with you we have been informed by Sharad Yagnick and Anajana that an FIR has been lodged for the same and the visas have also been cancelled on the same. We have not yet received a copy of the FIR.
Action is exepected from TUI on this issue.
