Refund needed from Make my trip for India Great Festival offer Ref. ID 20258, Ref. complain no. 100708-022146
Hi,
I have been complaining for the last 1.5 months for the cancellation of deal for Inida graet festival offer and request for refund. I had made a payment of Rs.6616.9 on 7th July for the India great festival offer (where it had MMT's yearly membership Domestic flight and hotel dicount vouchers International hotel and flight discount offer Free watch).
At the time of purchase they told that you will get 25% discount on all purchase like air ticket, railway ticket, shopping from mall etc with dining card. They tlod that you can use holyday booking voucher in one trip Rs. 7000 and can go to any where in the india. Like that they promised for many things. But when I paid the money and came to know the complains from various customers. I contacted make my trip and they informed that I can't use 02 nos. vouchers in one time, I can't use dining card for any purchase etc. So very next day 0n 8.07.2010 I requested to Make my trip that pl. cancel this deal and give me refund. But even after several followups I am not getting any response. Even after passing 1.5 months still I have not received any thing from make my trip as mentioned above). Now they are telling that I can't get refund.
I would request consumercourt.in's team to help me with this and it would be great if you can help me to get the confirmation for refund.
