hi... this is rajesh shahi.i booked a rail ticket through make my trip.com and i entered my credit catd details. At the first instance it didnot accept my credit card and it shows due to some technical problems we cant process the transaction, then i called the customer service agent and the agent advised me to use debit card or some other source of payment. I again processed the transaction and entered my debit card details and again i got the same error message. After some time I log on to my account and saw that there were three different tarnsactions under the booked history and it showed that the amount has been taken and tickets could not be booked. Later, i spoke to the customer service agent named deepika and trust me she was pathetic, she did nto respond and i think she doesnt know anything about the customer service, I asked for the supervisor and she didnt transfer the call as well. She was rude and later she disconnected the call. This was the worst customer service experience i ever had. I personally dont recommend any one to use the website.
