Reverse the debited amount

My Credit Card No. is 4317 5750 22966 5750 Jose Thachil, AQtr. No. 2/29, Guajart Refinery Township. vadodara-391320 Gujarat
This is in connection with an offer given by SBI credit card division 'Holiday Hungama' through Mega Deals. The offer given by Customer executive of SBI Credit card didnot match with those of Mega Deals of Travel port.
So I contacted Travel port and asked them to cancel this offer and to reverse the amount which is collected from me. As per the statement dated 15th June an amount of Rs 6349 is debited on 13th May by Mega Deals online Shop Mumbai.
I also contacted your SBI customer care I have lodged a complaint regarding this matter. Till date 08.12.11 i have not heard back from the company nor have i got the money back. Mega Deals Online Shop, Mumbai has fraudulantly taken money from me and might have cheated many more.96 I request you to look into this matter and take immediate action to reverse the amount debited in my account.
