Does not give the passengers

I am a daily traveler from Shenoli to Karad from Tasgaon Bus (9:30Am) since past year. I was observed that the conductor of this bus named

Mr. S.L.Mali who does not give ticket to the passengers not received to passengers (Maximum passengers are from Shenoli to karad. ) & take all money into his pocket. Before this complaint we the travelers was put complaint in writing but there is no solution come out, passengers are suffers from that and his behavior with passengers is not good. Kindly Look into the matter.
