Not refunding the money and not assistingg

I have booked saltrim bungalow, korlai village, alibaug Maharashtra via NIVALINK travel solution provider.

I want to cancel or postpone the reservation.. but they are not assisting me saying the bungalow policies doesn't allow so. However the bungalow policy mirrors the policies of the Nivalink service provider which says that they will refund the money by deducting the cancellation charges.
