Dear sir,
We are a IRCTC agent and we have got this service from One stop shop Business Partner Code is BP00052318 since more than 1 and half year but they most of the time not providing us suitable service and now we are not able to book any ticket due to technical problem since 2 months. When ever we make a call to Customer Care they are give us a time but remain the same while we have taken this agency by nonrefundable 10000 Rupees. so its our heartiest request to you please help us and do the need full.
