I was assured by Rajbir and Sandeep during the time of enrolment into this plan that they will immediately confirm my booking request but once they received the money nothing happened. I have followed up with you guys several times over phone and email over the past 10 days (mail id that was shared by Amit & Javed is bouncing) and still my accomodation is not booked. I am totally not happy with your response and the way you are treating customers. I am expecting this problem to be resolved before this evening else you can remit my money back. Over and above this it will be bad advertisement for you and a possible filing of a case against you. I am really fed up with this
