I booked the online domestic tickets through Traveleasy.com web portal on 2nd March'12 and they had provided me confirmed PNRs # ODEDLI and ZD4SDF. After booking also i had communicated with Traveleasy customer care people 2-3 times for getting the re-confirmation again and they told me that tickets are 100% confirmed and no need to worry for that. My travel date was on 18th May'12. When i enquired about my boarding pass at the Indigo Flight counter using my e-ticket but the big surprised was that my ticket was not confirmed and it was put on hold. So when i enquired again at the Indigo booking counter at the airport itself for the reason and Indigo counter people told me that Traveleasy people didn't pay my booking amount on or before 2nd March'12 and after that date also they never followed up to Indigo office to pay my booking money. So Indigo people put my tickets on hold. This was never informed to me and they always said that my tickets were confirmed. When i asked about this case on the same day of my travel date with Traveleasy customer care people and they told me that there were some problem and they can't issue new tickets but they can refund my earlier total booking money. Do you think this is a good option and realiable Travel agent? Please never book through Traveleasy.com web portal for any flight ticket booking. I can say that Traveleasy is fraud and cheater travel agent. But i have to go due to importal function so i booked a fresh tickets on the same day. I had spent big money now. Now, I am fighting with Traveleasy travel agent to bear all these new cost by themself. Why should i pay all these new costs because this mistake was not from my side. If they informed me at least earlier then i can book from other online web portal. Please help me to take the necessary and strong action to Traveleasy.com travel agent and let them pay all my new booking money also.
