Inconvinece caused and fraud done

&--gt;I booked my ticket on 22 September from www.paavantravels.com for the bus Mumbai-Jamnagar Volvo Multi-axle of Rs 1200/- for 22 October.

&--gt;The reporting time was 9:00pm at Borivali.

Bus came 1.5 hours late at 10:30 and departed 11:00pm.

It reached Ahmedabad at 11:30am (Scheduled time was 8:00am).

&--gt;We were forced to change bus at Paldi office to AC bus of Jain travels. Which was up to Rajkot only. I reached Rajkot at 5:30pm and I was told to wait for next AC bus of 7:00pm.

&--gt;My complaint is it was not specified that you have to change bus two times and we will be provided downgraded bus from Ahmedabad. So it was waste of Time and money to book volvo for me.

&--gt;Though I was tired and didn't wait for 2 hours at rajkot and booked another ticket from Patel travels which costed me RS. 110/-

&--gt; I have all details of Tickets and Bus numbers and contact numbers two witnesses.

Inconvenience caused :

1) Since I have to change bus twice (One at Paldi and other at Rajkot) which lead me to transfer all my luggage from one bus to antoher.

2) We were forced to sit downgraded bus from Ahmedabad though we were paid for Volvo and provided was AC only.

3) Due to forced long wait at Rajkot, I had to book another ticket which were costly.

Claim for :

1) Relief due to extra time and efforts to shift bus twice.

2) The difference ticket in terms of fare of downgraded bus from Ahmedabad to Rajkot.

3) Due to forced wait for 2 hours at Rajkot (which I couldn't wait) I had to book another travels. I need total refund of that.
