My name is Chirag, based @ Mumbai. I had booked a 7 night package by paying Rs.7000/- and an additional DD for Rs.750/- towards processing charge (which they claim that they have not received for 1 month). My booking ID is 999001811. I had send the booking voucher form almost 3 months back. They are still sitting on it without any action. After repeated reminders they are trying to offer me cheaper resorts at various other locations instead of the originally offered 4 star properties and the requested destinations. Till now even after my repeated pestering mails too they are not responding and are keeping absolute silence. Also, the numbers which they have given me are continuouisly engaged. One Mr Ravi Vasisth did interact for sometime but now even he is absconding. I managed to get through their general number one day and asked for Mr Ravi Vasisth. As per the executive he was not at his desk and would call me back after half an hour. Till date he has not bothered to call me back.
I am highly dejected and very much disappointed by their actions. I grabbed the offer believing the brand image & goodwill of RELIGARE. I suppose this is a fraud company and request you to take action... ASAP.I am having a chain of emails as a proof against this company which I can produce anytime to anyone as a proof to substantiate this. Also. i would like to drag the company to court and have already sent a legal notice to them.
