My name is Renin, based @ Mumbai. I had booked a 7 night package by paying Rs.7000/- and an additional DD for Rs.750/- towards processing charge.
I have been following up with the call center people since 3rd of June for my booking and still doing so. I had given 3 international locations for booking in August but these people could not even confirm one till 1st Week of July. They kept me hanging and could barely come up with any of the location that i had listed.
It was more like i go to the place where they want and not my choice.
I then changed my location for domestic travel and here too they were giving me cheal hotels and places difficult to reach i.e Manali. The kind of hotels being offered would be suitable for all guys to go and not with your spouses.
Finally i reqeusted them to book for Goa, and also from the RCI listed hotels which is also during off season however they are giving me only 2 days.
I have called their call center N number of times and each time I have say my story and nothing happens. Now they say they can do anything and my account is going to expire in Aug end.
They take my calls after hours of holding on and then put me on hold and then disconnect.
This totally un professional behaviour and I am out right being cheated here.
I have all emails and data recoreded right from day 1 and also the names of people with whom i have interacted.
I would now be taking the leag way towards them.
