Myself, Amol Warty, living in Warje in Pune and working with a reputed Limited company in Pune.
Myself with family had gone to Konkan Express Hotel for a Dinner on Sunday, 29th April.
After completing the dinner, I gave one of the Sodexho Exclusive GIft Vouchers which the company had given to me as a token of good performance. The List of the Affiliate Directory with the Booklet mentioned Hotel Konkan Express as one of the affiliates. However, I was surprised when Mr. Zahoor at the Counter of the Hotel very flatly said that he would not accept the same.
I argued with him saying that, the name of the Hotel is in the list mentioned and he cannot do so.
However, Zahoor refused to accept the coupon and I had to pay up in cash.
Fortunately the amount was not large. But just imagine, had I taken friends / relatives, and would not have carried enough cash, what would have been my state in front of them.

I am hence writing this as a complaint against both of them. Sodexho for selecting such Affiliates, who do not keep thier words. and Hotel Konkan Express for putting me in such trouble at 11.45 in the night by not accepting the voucher in spite of the fact that their name is mentioned in the list.
I hope somebody can guide me on the way ahead to teach them a lesson.
