Be care full regarding the new/fresh appointment in Al Jalhami Establishment (now Ltd) since there is a malayali don.
Actually this Est. is owned by Saudi, (passive) he is bothered neither about his Establishment nor his People. He is only intrested in his monthly share.
Here in Est the malayali don he buys company contracts, he passes orders, he looks after the purchasing, totaly is leading a One man Show role.
He provides false wishes during interview and once the applicant joins the Est then the countdown begins.
The extra ordinary rules & deduction in, salary, Overtime, allowences starts.
Also during appointment the don demads for more Finance.
Here in the Establishment you can find workers from INDIA, KERALA (as the say), nepal, Pakistan, Srilanka (vacation once in 5 years), philipines (one vacation -they never return back), bangladesh.
The ill treatment provided by Est is same like you find in INDAIN jail.
Here the Engineers that you find are only the diploma holdes not engneering Degree holders.
The office personal are only by experience in age & have no Education background.
The different site incharges that you find here are small Malayali Don's&i.e informer to the Big Don.
The increment & bonus are available only for the personal Don family.
If you stay with your good looking wife -then automatically you will get the facility like vehicle, special furnished room with yearly inecrement, vacation.
