Dirty service

I gone through the complaint written by one of them regarding Mahesh travels, belgaum. I agree with this person completely. I had a similar experience although i did not miss the bus, but the drivers and the authorities behave very rudely with the customers. They have a bad quality service. They dont know to gain customers. Such travels go bankrupt very soon. They should learn some tips from perfect service providers like VRL ot PAI. Those buses are absolutely class of service. Please all those who come over such experiences, do write and forward the unfair activities by such agencies. Now it is Mahesh travels, belgaum in this case.
