Sir,
We booked for cable connection on 12/9 at Asianet office, Kozhencherry. They agreed to give the connection within two days. But they didn't do the same. As per their instruction, we took two days leave and wait for them. They didn't give connection to us. Kindly take proper action and do the favour as early as possible.
